The Utah Chapter The Utah Chapter of the American Payroll Association welcomes you to our Web site. The membership consists of payroll professionals from both large and small employers. The chapter is open to anyone involved in payroll, human resources, compensation, benefits, and accounting fields. We invite you to come and learn more about our dynamic group of payroll professionals!
